Directions for pour-over coffee

1. Put water on to boil (at least enough for one cup).

2. Place paper filter in holder, and open it up. Put holder on top of your cup.

3. Add ground coffee (very fine). Start with 2 rounded teaspoons for one cup. You can adjust up or down after your first cup.

4, When water boils, turn heat down (NOT off). Add enough water to just wet the grounds. Wait about 45 seconds to a minute.

5. Pour enough water to cover the grounds. Wait for the water to flow through.

6. If necessary, repeat step 5 until you have enough coffee.

7, Dispose filter and coffee grounds. Add cream and sugar, if desired.

8, Enjoy!
