I've been expanding my brewing universe. I tried (with success) several varieties of mead. When I mentioned to my wife what I had made, she replied that they sounded like made-up words.
I thought about it. Sonofagun, she's right! Cyser, pyment. metheglin; who talks like that?
Oh, well. At least it tastes good.
